Chrissy Lemley, Au.D., audiologist and practice owner, received her Doctor of Audiology from West Virginia University (WVU). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in speech pathology and audiology as well as certification in geriatric studies. In addition to being board-certified by the American Board of Audiology, Dr. Lemley is president of the Maryland Academy of Audiology, a member of the American Academy of Audiology, and a fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
Dr. Lemley joined the Allegany Hearing & Balance Center team in May 2014 but has practiced audiology since 2011, specializing in comprehensive adult and pediatric evaluations, hearing systems and rehabilitation, and cochlear implants. Her commitment to the field includes helping develop the next generation of clinicians, with her past tenure as an adjunct professor at WVU, where she continues to supervise.
She and her husband, Seth, a photogrammetrist project manager, live in Blacksville, West Virginia, with their two daughters, Maggie and Josie; new kitten Mila; and dogs Sam and Smokey. She enjoys spending time with them, curling up with a good book and a warm cup of coffee, and traveling.
