Dana has an associate degree in applied science in information systems technology and medical office administration from West Virginia University Potomac State College. She joined Allegany Hearing & Balance Center in May 2012 and has 21 years of administrative and insurance billing experience.

Born and raised in wild and wonderful West Virginia, Dana lives in the small town of Bayard with her husband, Steven (“Beefy”), and her two fur babies, Cole and Ci Ci. She enjoys being outdoors camping, four-wheel riding, hunting, fishing, taking pictures, and spending time with friends and family.
