Dana has an associate degree in applied science in information systems technology and medical office administration from West Virginia University Potomac State College. She joined Allegany Hearing & Balance Center in May 2012 and has over 22 years of administrative and insurance billing experience.

Born and raised in wild and wonderful West Virginia, Dana grew up in Sistersville and graduated from Tyler Consolidated High School in 1998. Shortly after graduation, she moved to the small town of Bayard and commuted to college until graduating in 2000. Dana still resides in Bayard with her two fur babies, CiCi and Asa. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, kayaking, hiking, hunting, fishing, and having her toes in the sand at the beach. Dana loves spending time with her friends and family and adores her three beautiful nieces, Jocelyn, Marylin, and Randalyn.
